Welcome!

I’m so glad you’ve decided to join me! To be honest, I’m pretty new to this whole “blogging” thing. It’s an area I’m not all that familiar with. But I’m excited to start doing it for a few reasons.

First, I believe that writing down the things that impress me while I study the gospel of Jesus Christ will increase my faith in Him and help me remember what I’m learning.

Second, I want to start sharing the gospel in ways that are new to me. The Spirit has prompted me recently (and not so recently) to step out of my comfort zone and share with others the things that are important to me.

Third, I want to grow and progress! Being a software engineer, I write a lot, but most of that writing is code. I’m hoping that formalizing my thoughts and striving to make them coherent will help me become a better writer and make it easier for me to express my thoughts and feelings. That way, I will be more prepared when opportunities to testify of Jesus Christ confront me in everyday life.
